Is Miele C2 Made in Germany?

Miele Compact C2 vacuum cleaner is no longer entirely made in Germany. Previously, it was fully manufactured in Germany, but Miele has shifted production to their factories in China. Consequently, the C2 models are now assembled using components sourced from both Germany and China in Miele's factory located in China.

The Compact C2 models still enjoy the same warranty (5 years on everything and 7 years on the motor) as the rest of the lineup.
